Processing Time All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom macrame orders require additional production time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Fragile & Handmade Items All pieces are handmade and carefully packaged to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Local Pickup Local pickup may be available- contact us to arrange.
